Returns & Exchanges

At Digital Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Digital Zone account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
